Diet Counselling

This one-to-one consultation will help you to understand more about your personal dietary requirements depending on your health status. You will be required to complete a food diary for one week prior to the consultation, and a typical session includes a current dietary review, dietary advice, and the appropriate meal planning that fits your lifestyle and physical activities.

This service is also available for athletes who desire to improve their performance in their sport to optimize growth and recovery. We also design a complete competition prep diet plan for bodybuilding/physique athletes.
