Strength Training
If you're interested in specifically getting stronger, lifting heavier, and doing more pull-ups than ever before, this is the program for you. We have specifically crafted the best strength training program after years in the fitness industry to help you smash through any plateaus and get you performing better than ever.
Cardio Training
Cardio exercises keep your body fit and strong. Regularly doing high-intensity interval training (HIIT) can help boost energy levels, endurance, and stamina. Your body needs cardiovascular exercise to stay healthy. By measuring your heart rate during exercise, you can see how well your body is working. You can also observe whether your resting heart rate is getting lower as you continue exercising.
Diet Counselling
This one-to-one consultation will help you to understand more about your personal dietary requirements depending on your health status. You will be required to complete a food diary for one week prior to the consultation, and a typical session includes a current dietary review, dietary advice, and the appropriate meal planning that fits your lifestyle and physical activities. This service is also available for athletes who desire to improve their performance in their sport to optimize growth and recovery. We also design a complete competition prep diet plan for bodybuilding/physique athletes.
